Ghalib Ullah is assistant director of strategic partnerships at Samaritans, where he leads the development of high-value partnerships that help deliver the charity’s mission of reducing suicide. With more than 20 years’ experience spanning both the commercial and charity sectors, he has built a reputation for creating innovative, purpose-led partnerships that generate sustainable income while delivering meaningful impact for organisations, communities and the people they serve.
Prior to joining Samaritans, Ghalib spent 13 years at Parkinson’s UK, where he built and led an award-winning commercial partnerships team that consistently exceeded ambitious income targets and secured transformative national partnerships with some of the UK’s leading brands. His expertise spans corporate partnerships, philanthropy, proposition development, strategic planning and organisational leadership, with a particular passion for helping organisations move beyond transactional fundraising to create long-term, values-led collaborations.
