Julie Wilson-Dodd
Julie is a transformation consultant who works with charities and other non-profit organisations to help them modernise and deliver more impact. Julie’s experience includes strategy, change management, technology, comms and service design work with over 50 charities, government departments, and major commercial companies including Tesco and Bupa.
In recent years Julie has been Interim Director of Services and Engagement at Blood Cancer UK and Director of Transformation at Parkinson’s UK where she led the charity’s innovation, technology, data and culture development work. She is passionate about improving lives through people-focused change programmes, technology and data-enabled services, improved ways of working and insight-driven comms.
Julie is also the author of The New Reality (thenewreality.info) – a report about the state of technology and change in the non-profit sector.
